A manufacturing company requested us to conduct their annual employee survey as an online survey.
In every repeat cycle of the employee survey we worked closely with our partner at the company to move the survey concept forward for the benefit of the company. That way the topics focus of the survey, analysis strategy and follow-up processes experienced incremental development but in alignment with new corporate progress and challenges.
This incremental development of the survey concept kept the survey relevant and up-to-date for employees and management. Survey results continued to provide the executive committee with important strategy insights on corporate culture and engagement while keeping important trend comparisons and not jeopardizing the survey’s role as early warning system.
